		<description>No, Mr Brake is clearly trying to use proper democratic means to change the law to get rid of this shop and others like it. My concern is that his reasons for doing so don&#039;t stand up to much scrutiny as I hope the article demonstrates.

If we want to have a debate about outlawing activities that &quot;promote&quot; drugs then fine. If Mr Brake and his team want to present evidence that this shop and others like it do demonstrable harm then he should do so. At the moment it&#039;s just a drugs bad/think about the children/something must be done, prejudice heavy/evidence light campaign that is neither intelligent nor liberal.</description>
